Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email box you want to forward mails from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
